摘　　要：针对主提升机核心部件JGZH1-200/6高压真空换向器在日常提升过程中出现故障的各种情况进行了分析,总结出故障的主要原因,通过分析并进行改进,采用无触点接触代替有触点接触,避免了故障的发生,大大提高了生产效率。In this paper, the core components of the main hoist GJHI - 200/6 high - voltage vacuum commutator in the course of day - to - day work of the failure to carry out an analysis, summarize the main reason for failure and improve, using non - contact point contact, instead of contact point, to avoid contact with the occurrence of faults, fully improved production efficiency.
