摘　　要：随着社会的进步,企业改革的不断深入,凤凰山矿的人事劳资计算机管理已不能适应新的需要。为保证数据或信息的及时性、准确性,特提出人事劳资信息系统建设的要点。系统地阐述了人事劳资计算机管理系统的总体目标和主要思想与方法,以及其功能特点。With the progress of the society, the constant deepening of enterprise＇s reform, the computer management of personnel and labour of our company can＇ talready meet the new need. In order to guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of the data or information, propose the main point of construction of personnel and labour information systems. This text has explained overall target and main thought and methods of the competer management system of personnel and labour systematically, and its function and characteristic.
