摘  要:随着科技的发展,永磁传动技术逐步地发展起来,到目前已经形成了多种多样的传动形式。本文举例说明几种常见的永磁传动的结构、原理和特点,重点介绍磁力联轴器研究背景和工作原理,特别是江苏大学许士芬(香港)联合研究所研制的耐高温异步磁力联轴器,利用电磁感应原理进行传动,不需在内转子上布置永磁体,有效地解决了同步磁力联轴器高温时内转子上永磁体退磁的问题。还介绍了永磁传动设计和计算的常用方法,最后提出永磁传动存在的问题,并对永磁传动的发展前景进行展望。Along with the development of science and technology, the permanent magnetic drive technology is developed step by step. It has formed various drive structures up to now. The structure, theory and characteristics of the some usual permanent magnetic drive with the examples are introduced. The research background and operating principle of magnetic couplings are emphasize introduced. Especially the resisting high temperature asynchronous magnetic couplings developed by Joint Institute of Jiangsu University and XuShiFen (HongKong) which effectively resolved the problem that the magnets on internal rotors of synchronous magnetic couplings are demagnetized under the high temperature term. Because it operated by electromagnetic induction principle without magnet in its internal rotor. Some usual design and calculation methods of permanent magnetic drive is also introduced. At last brought forward the problem of magnetic drive is brought forward and the prospect of magnetic drive is carried out.
