摘　　要：毛泽东政府管理思想内容丰富,自成体系,充分体现了毛泽东对于政府管理的独到见解,对当代中国的行政发展具有重要的指导意义。本文将从体制、动力、原则和战略等方面谈谈毛泽东政府管理思想的主要内容,并在此基础上探寻其管理思想的当代价值。MaoZedong＇s administration thoughts of government has rich content and systematic structure . It has fully embodied MaoZedong＇s original opinion about government administration and has great significance for contemporary government development of China. This article will discuss the content and character of MaoZedong＇s administration thoughts of government,such as system, motive power, principle and strategy. On this basis, it will investigate the comtemporary value of MaoZedong＇s thoughts.
