内皮细胞黏附分子的表达及调控机制

摘　　要：心血管疾病是一种以血管内皮细胞功能障碍为特征的慢性炎症反应性疾病,而内皮细胞黏附分子的异常表达是心血管疾病病变的早期反应。其中,内皮细胞上可诱导性的黏附分子E-选择素、细胞间黏附分子1、血管细胞黏附分子1在此过程中起关键作用。本文综述了这3种黏附分子的结构功能以及其表达调控机制。Cardiovascular diseases are chronic inflammatory diseases characterized with dysfunction of vascular endothelial ceils. And the abnormal expression of adhesion molecules on endothelial ceils is the early response in the course of cardiovascular diseases. Among the adhesion molecues ,E-selectin, ICAM-I and VCAM-I play important roles in this courses, this article reviewed their structure and regulatory mechanism involved in their expression.
