右旋氯胺酮在小儿临床麻醉中的应用研究

摘　　要：右旋氯胺酮在欧美各国已广泛使用,与我国临床使用的消旋体氯胺酮比较而言,它的药效更强,精神运动副反应少,分泌物少,苏醒时间短。在小儿临床麻醉中涉及到麻醉前用药,诊断性检查麻醉,术后镇痛等方面。目前研究结果显示,在小儿临床麻醉中使用右旋氯胺酮是安全可靠的。S（ ＋ ）-Ketamine is now widely used in Europe and America. Compared with racemic ketamine in clinical experience in our country,it has better drug action ,less side effects in psychomotor,less secrets in airway, and rapid emergence from anesthesia. In pediatric anesthesia, S （ ＋ ）-ketamine is used for pre-anesthesia medication, some diagnostic examinations and postoperative analgesia. It has been demonstrated that S（ ＋ ）-Ketamine be safe in pediatric experiences.
