摘  要:介绍了正弦无功电能计量技术及其局限性,重点探讨了无功电能计量的非正弦无功理论和先进电子计量技术,并在Akagi瞬时无功理论的基础上提出了一种新的三相瞬时无功功率理论,结合快速傅立叶级数分解实现非正弦不对称三相三线制系统无功电能的计量。该方法应用于非正弦不对称三相三线制系统基波/谐波、有功/无功电能计量装置,取得良好的效果。This paper introduces the measurement technology of sinusoidal reactive energy and its limitation, and investigates the non-sinusoidal reactive power theory and advanced electronic measurement technology of reactive energy measurement importantly. Then puts forward a new three-phase instantaneous reactive power theory based on Akagi's instantaneous reactive power theory, and realizes the reactive energy measurement of three-phase three-line system Under Non-sinusoidal Condition with FFT analysis. This method is used for electric energy metering device of fundamental wave and harmonics of three-phase three- line system Under Non-sinusoidal Condition, which gets good effects.
