摘  要:单相经电阻接地测量6~10kV电网电容电流具有简单、易实施、测试过程安全、测量精度高、测试时间短等优点。本文首先详细介绍了该方法的测量原理,在此基础上通过大量数据,给出了接地电阻阻值及功率等的选择,并对这种测量方法接地时的过电压进行了探讨,给出了实际测量的接线及实施方法,论证了其可行性。同时给出了接地电阻阻值的建议值为1000~2000Ω,推荐采用若干RX21型线绕电阻通过串并联实现。The method which measures the capacitive current of 6-10kV distribution network by single phase to ground via resistance is more easier to operate, more accurate, faster and safer than others. However some craft brothers have their own opinions about this method. Firstly, the paper introduces the the principle of this method in detail. Then the range of the resistance value and power of the grounding resistance are given based on a mass of data. Furthermore the overvoltage of single phase to ground via resistance is discussed. Finally, the connecting diagram of using this method is proposed. All of these demonstrate the feasibility of the discussed method. In the paper the author also gives the recommended resistance value of the grounding resistance ,that is from 1000 ohm to 2000 ohm. The grounding resistance may consist of some wire wound resistores which are connected in series and in parallel. The recommendeed type of the wire wound resistor is RX21. The author looks forward to the dis cussion about all of the above.
