摘 要:介绍了一种电路结构简单的三电平三相高功率因数软开关AC/DC变换技术,可在实现功率因数校正的同时,实现AC/DC功率变换,直接获得较低直流输出电压,并解决了交流侧与直流侧之间的电气隔离及功率管的高耐压和软开关问题。在介绍主电路拓扑结构基础上,分析了功率因数校正原理和电流断续条件,并给出软开关实现条件。通过计算机仿真验证了这种功率变换技术的可行性。This paper introduces a three-phase high power factor AC/DC technology which is based on three-level structure and uses a simple circuit structure. This technology achieves power factor correction, AC/DC power conversion and obtains lower output voltage directly. Meanwhile resolves the problems in electric isolation between AC side and DC side, voltage rating of power switches and realization of soft-switching. Based on some analysis and introduction about the main circuit topology, working principle of power factor correction and current discontinuous condition, realization condition of soft-switching have been presented. The feasibility of this three-phase high power factor AC/DC technology was validated by computer simulation.
