摘 要:对焊接管节点疲劳寿命的估计,一般是通过计算其焊缝周围的热点应力幅的大小并结合S—N曲线确定。对管节点焊缝周围热点应力大小和这个区域内应力分布规律进行研究,可以预测节点在疲劳失效前所能承受的疲劳载荷循环次数以及疲劳裂纹萌生位置和扩展趋势。文中建立焊接TT管节点的有限元模型,采用ABAQUS软件分析100个不同几何形状的TT管节点在承受轴向拉力作用下其焊缝周围的应力分布规律。通过对模型的分析结果,得到几何参数对热点应力区域内应力分布规律的影响情况。The fatigue life of welded tubular joints is mainly by calculating the hot spot stress along the weld toe and using the S- N curves. From the study of the hot spot stress and the stress distribution along the weld toe, the number of fatigue loading cycles a tubular joint can sustain before failure can be estimated, and the initiation position and propagation of the surface crack can also be predicted. The finite element model of a tubular TT-joint was built in this study, and the stress distributions of 100 TT-joint models with different geometries under axial tensile loads were analyzed using ABAQUS software package. From the parametric study, the effect of some geometrical parameters on the stress distribution in the hot spots tress region is investigated.
