摘  要:利用三维有限元模拟和动态响应试验,对承受拉剪载荷的双点点焊接头在疲劳过程中的固有频率的变化特性,以及固有频率的相对变化与疲劳损伤之间的关系进行研究。研究结果表明,有限元模拟和试验结果符合较好,双点点焊接头动态有限元模拟能较好地反映疲劳过程中的动态响应变化行为。在此基础上,针对双点点焊接头,拟合出疲劳损伤表达式,用于计算试件在疲劳过程中的损伤。The relative changes of natural frequency and relationship with fatigue damage were investigated, based on 3D finite element simulation and the dynamic response experiments for tensile-shear double-spot welded joints during the fatigue damage process. The results of the simulations showed that a good agreement was achieved with experimental analysis. 3D finite element simulation can reflect the changes of natural frequency for double-spot welded joints during the fatigue damage process. Based on experiments and finite element simulation, a fatigue damage equation was proposed, which can be used to calculate the damage of double-spot welded joints in the fatigue process.
