摘 要:目的探讨肝脏良恶性病变的CT动态扫描及灌注成像特点。资料与方法比较分析33例肝脏良恶性病变的CT动态增强扫描的时间-密度曲线的类型。结果恶性肿瘤(n=25)与良性病变(n=8)表现为不同类型的时间-密度曲线。良恶性病变的平均血流量(BF)分别为(408.8794±84.42)ml·min-1·ml-1和(766.621±55.304)ml·min-1·ml-1,恶性病变的血流量明显增高(P=0.0375)。良恶性病变的平均血容量(BV)分别为(23.4658±3.989)ml·min-1·ml-1和(56.7256±7.16)ml·min-1·ml-1,恶性病变的血容量明显增高(P=0.0029)。结论肝脏良恶性病变表现为不同类型的时间-密度曲线,根据时间-密度曲线的类型可帮助鉴别肝脏良恶性病变。Objective To investigate perfusion imaging features of benign and malignant lesions in the liver with dynamic enhancement CT. Methods The type of the time-density curve obtained by dynamic enhancement CT in 33 cases with benign and malignant lesions in the liver was analyzed. Results Benign and malignant lesions showed dif- ferent type of time - density curve on dynamic enhancement CT. The average value of blood flow (BF) of benign and malignant lesions was (408. 8794 ± 84.42) ml · min^-1·ml^-1 and (766.621 ± 55. 304 ) ml · min^-1·ml^-1 , respectively with the average value of BF of malignant lesions higher than that of benign lesions ( P = 0. 0375 ). Conclusions Benign and malignant lesions in the liver showed different type of time -density curve on dynamic enhancement CT, which could be applicable to differentiate between benign and malignant lesions.
