摘  要:在当前的GPRS/UMTS网络数据业务模式下,对终端用户都采用基于数据流量的计费方式;无差别的单一计费模式的弊端也日趋明显.鉴于此,提出了基于CAMEL3的IGGSN内容预付费方法.在该方法中,引入了区分不同类型数据流的流模板、应用服务类、判定规则等概念,配合伪APN、额度重分配、额度共享池等设计,对于预付费的支持扩展到了数据流的粒度级别,实现了对于不同内容的差异化预付费.在预付费的基础上引入对内容计费的支持,该方法具有重要的理论价值和实践意义.In the current profit/gain model of the operators for GPRS/UMTS service, the charging model used for the end mobile subscribers is quite simple. The network always charges the service in the volume quantity and the bill is generated with the ' bytes' or 'seconds' the subscriber consumes. Obviously uniformed billing rate does not quality a long term business model. For this reason, it presents a content prepaid charging approach for IGGSN based on CAMEL3 in this paper. In this proposed approach, we introduced the ' flow template' that differentiate data flows and cooperate with 'application service class', ' accounting policy', ' decision policy' to charge the specific content service. By cooperation with the object design of 'Pseudo APN', 'credit redistribution', 'shared credit pool' the iGGSN extend the prepaid capability to the data flow granularity, which realize the differentiated charging based on content type. Introducing the content based charging into CAMEL3 prepaid implementation which can differentiate the billing rates based on the content type in prepaid data service becomes a new functional research, its realization has significant market value.
