摘  要:在BR缓冲溶液中,藻酸钠(SA)能与某些碱性二苯基萘基甲烷染料如维多利亚蓝4R(VB4-R)、维多利亚蓝B(VBB)和夜蓝(NB)结合,而使共振瑞利散射(RRS)急剧增强并产生新的RRS光谱。藻酸钠质量浓度为0.085~4.0mg/L(维多利亚蓝4R体系)、0.075~3.0mg/L(维多利亚蓝B体系)、0.13~3.0mg/L(夜蓝体系)时与散射强度呈直线关系。方法具有较高的灵敏度,其检出限(3σ)分别为22.0×10^-9g/mL(VB4R—SA体系),25.6×10^-9g,/mL(VBB—SA体系)和37.5×10^-9g/mL(NB—SA体系)。其中以维多利亚蓝4R体系最为灵敏.并以其为例研究了共存物质的影响。结果表明,方法选择性好。用于面条和海带提取液中藻酸钠的测定.结果满意。In a Britton-Robinson buffer solution ( pH 4. 0 - 5.2) , sodium alginate (SA) can be bound with some basic bisphenylnaphthylmethane dyes such as Victoria blue 4R (VB4R) , Victoria blue B (VBB) , or night blue (NB) to form a new product, resulting in a significant enhancement of Resonance Rayleigh Scattering(RRS) and the appearance of a new RRS spectrum. The RRS intensity was directly proportional to the SA concentration in a range of 0. 075 - 4. 0 mg/L for all the systems, which showed that the method has a fairly high sensitivity. The detection limits of SA(3σ) were 22.0 × 10^-9 g/mL for VB4R-SA system, 25.6 × 10^-9 g/mL for VBB-SA system, and 37.5 × 10^-9 g/mL for NB-SA system, respectively. The VB4R system exhibited the highest sensitivity, for which the effects of coexisting substances were investigated, and the result showed that the method had a good selectivity. This method was applied to determination of trace amounts of SA in noodle samples and kelp extract with satisfactory results.
