摘　　要：大学生职业生涯规划是对大学生未来所从事的职业以及职业生涯发展的设计与评估,内容包括学生层面的职业生涯认知、个人素质优化、职业定向选择、成功就业准备和学校层面的职业生涯剖析、生涯设计、生涯诊断、生涯导航教育,其遵循的基本模式是自我评估—环境评估—职业选择—路线选择—目标选择—策略选择—生涯评估。University students＇ career planning is of the designing and assessing for one＇ s future occupation. It＇ s including two aspects of students and school. For the students aspect, there are realization of career planning, optimization of personal quality, choice of career direction and preparation of successful employment. For the school aspect, there are analysis, design, diagnosis and guidance of career planning. The basic form is serf- assession, environmental judgement, job decision, choice of the mute, destination and strategy, and the last step is assessment of career planning.
