摘 要:本文对贵溪和金溪两地马尾松毛虫种群进行毒力测定,结果表明溴氰菊酯对贵溪马尾松毛虫种群的LD50与1994年相比下降了87.66%,贵溪马尾松毛虫种群对溴氰菊酯已由低抗水平下降为耐药性差异。比较氯氰菊酯对贵溪和金溪两马尾松毛虫种群的毒力,可知贵溪和金溪马尾松毛虫种群对氯氰菊酯一直处于耐药性水平范围,贵溪马尾松毛虫种群对氯氰菊酯的耐药力比金溪种群强。The contact toxicities of two pyrethroids to two populations of Dendrolimus punctatus were tested by using microcapillary topical application methods in this paper. The results showed that the LD50 of deltarnethrin to Guixi population decreased 87.66% in 2007 compared with that in 1994, and the deltamethrin-resistance level of Guixi population changed from lower deltamethrin-resistance to deltamethrin-tolerance. Compared with the contact toxicity of cypermethrin to Guixi Dendrolimus punctatus population with Jinxi population, we could find that the two populations of Dendrolimus punctatus were in the state of cypermethrin-tolerance, and the tolerance level to cypermethrin of Guixi population was higher than Jinxi population in Jiangxi province.
