摘　　要：利用振动机械的同步理论自主设计了耐火骨料级配测试仪,并应用ADAMS软件对其进行了仿真分析,仿真分析结果基本与该测试仪的理论分析相一致。将此测试仪应用于实际中,取得了较好的效果。A new testing instrument for refractory grain distribution of coating has been designed on the basis of the vibration synchronization theory in mechanical system.It has been simulated by using ADAMS software.The simulation result was identical with the theoretical analyses of testing instrument which has been used in practice, with preferable effect obtained.
