摘　　要：结合研发产业的相关理论研究,依据研发产业的特征分析和产业生命周期理论,把研发产业的生命周期分为4个阶段,分析了各个阶段的特点,并从企业和政府两个层面给出了促进研发产业健康发展的策略。With the current studies on the R＆D industry, based on industry lifecycle theory and analysis on the characteristics of R＆D industry, this paper divides the lifecycle of R＆D industry into 4 stages and analyses the characteristics of each stage. And it puts forward development strategies tb promote healthy development of R＆D industry from government level and the company level.
