摘 要:大豆菌核病是大豆的主要病害之一,对大豆生产造成极大危害。目前主要采用化学药剂进行防治,对环境、人畜不安全。本试验从生物防治角度解决此问题。试验采用土壤诱捕法、菌核内生菌分离法及土壤稀释平板分离法获得对大豆菌核菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)有拮抗作用的菌株共15株,其中以"克H3"菌株对菌核菌的拮抗作用最强,平皿对峙培养时抑菌圈直径可达11.4 cm。同时对"克H3"菌株的形态、性状进行了初步研究。Sclerotinia blight is one of the most serious diseases in soybean, which causes severe damage of soybean. At present, chemical agent is mainly used to control sclerotinia blight in soybean, but it is unsafe to the environment, the person and the animals. This experiment attempts to solve this problem with biological control methed. The experiment obtains 15 strains of the isolates that were found suppressing Sclerotinia sclerotiorum from soybean rape rhizosphere and inside Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. “ke H3”was the strongest antagonistic to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum through dual cul-ture method, producing an inhibitory belt up to 11.4 cm in width.Meanwhile the sharp and character of the“ke H3”were observed .
