摘 要:研究了不同浓度黄原胶水溶液的流变学特性,回归了稠度系数K和流变参数n与黄原胶浓度Cp的关系.结果表明:溶液浓度较低时,黄原胶水溶液为牛顿性流体;随着浓度的增加,逐渐转变为假塑性流体.可以分别描述为黄原胶浓度Cp的函数:当0<Cp≤30 g/L时,K=1.128C1p.572.当0<Cp≤8 g/L时,n=0.485-0.16 lnCp;当8 g/L<Cp≤30 g/L时,n=0.075+0.041 lnCp.Rheological characteristics of different xanthan gum solutions are studied. The regressions between consistency index K, flow behaviour index n and concentration of xanthan gum Cp are also investigated. The results show that, the properties of xanthan gum solution are considered to be Newtonian fluid as its concentration is lower; however, its properties can be described as pseudoplastic fluid with increase of the concentration. K,n can be described as the function of Xanthan gum's concentration respectively, the correlations are as follows: 0〈Cp≤30g/L,K=1.128Cp^1.572.0〈Cp≤8g/L,n=0.485-0.16lnCp;8g/L〈Cp≤30g/L,n=0.075+0.041lnCp.
