摘 要:以绵羊BMPR-IB基因为候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP方法分析小尾寒羊、中国美利奴(新疆型)多胎品系、中国美利奴(新疆型)肉用品系、中国美利奴(新疆型)体大品系、萨福克以及陶赛特等6个品种(品系)共241只个体的单核苷酸多态性及与产羔数的关系。结果显示,B等位基因在小尾寒羊、中国美利奴(新疆型)多胎品系、中国美利奴(新疆型)肉用品系、中国美利奴(新疆型)体大品系、萨福克以及陶赛特中的频率分别为65.00%,14.59%,1.52%,0%,2.13%和0%。BB、B+和++基因型小尾寒羊的多羔率分别为100%,54%和0%,平均窝产羔数分别为2.89±0.76,1.92±0.95和1.00±0.0。结果表明:B等位基因与小尾寒羊的多羔性呈显著正相关,可应用于小尾寒羊多羔群体或品系的选育;而在其它品种(品系),B等位基因与多羔性不相关。The polymorphism of bone morphogenetic protein receptor type IB gene (BMPR-IB gene) of 241 sheep of six breeds or strains,which included Small Tail Han sheep,Prolificacy strain,Meat strain and Big Frame strain of Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type) sheep, Suffolk and Dorset, was analyzed by PCR- RFLP. The relationship between genotype and litter size was also identified. The results showed that the frequency of B allele in Small Tail Han,Prolificacy strain,Meat strain and Big Frame strain of Chinese Merino (Xinjiang type)sheep,Suffolk and Dorset was 65%, 14.59%, 1.52%, 0%, 2.13% and 0% respective- ly. In Small Tail Han sheep the fecundity rate of BB,B+ and ++ genotype was 100%,54% and 0% respectively,and the mean lambing percentage was 2.89±0.76,1.92±0.95 and 1.00±0.0 respectively. The results indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between B allele and prolificacy in Small Tall Han sheep,which could be used for the selection and breeding of prolificacy strain of Small Tail Han sheep. However,there was no correlation between B allele and prolificasy in other breeds or strains.
