摘 要:在连续干旱胁迫下测定6份新疆狗牙根(新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3以及C5)的土壤含水量、叶绿素含量、叶片相对含水量和相对电导度等抗旱指标,比较6份新疆狗牙根的抗旱性能。研究结果表明:供试材料在连续干旱胁迫下,叶片相对含水量呈下降趋势,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别下降18.63%,19.1%,8.39%,17.91%,11.16%,5.58%;叶绿素含量在干旱胁迫早期下降,胁迫3~30d,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别下降10.03,11.91,6.74,15.27,11.07,14.12mg/g;干旱胁迫后期上升,胁迫30~60d,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别上升11.98,18.48,4.68,16.27,10.16,1.62mg/g;电导度上升,新农1号狗牙根、新农2号狗牙根、喀什狗牙根、C2、C3、C5分别上升32.69%,40.66%,29.67%,48.16%,32.36%,38.83%;复水后均能恢复到原来的水平。综合分析可知、6份新疆狗牙根对干旱胁迫的适应性由强到弱依次为:喀什狗牙根〉C3〉新农1号狗牙根〉C5〉新农2号狗牙根〉C2。The comparative study was carried out on the drought resistance of six Xinjiang Bermuda grass varieties (Xinnong No1, Xinnong No2, Kashi, C2, Ca and C5) showing the effects of the stress of continuous drought due to several physiological indexes. These Xinjiang Bermudagrasses included soil water content (SWC), leaf relative water content (LRWC), chlorophyll (Chl) and relative electrical conductivity (REC). The results so far have shown that the relative water content of leaves had a descending trend(Xinnong Nol had descended 18.63%, Xinnong No2 had descended 19.1%, Kashi had descended 8.39%, C2 had descended 17.91%, C3 had descended 11.16% and C5 had descended 5. 58%). During drought period, chlorophyll descended initially (For 3--30 days,Xinnong Nol had descended 10.03mg/g,Xinnong No2 had descended 11.91 mg/g, Kashi had descended 6.74 mg/g,C2 had descended 15.27 mg/g,C3 had descended 11.07mg/g and C5 had descended 14.12 mg/g)then started rising(For 30-60 days,Xinnong Nol had risen 11.98 mg/g,Xinnong No2 had risen 18.48 mg/g,Kashi had risen 4.68 mg/g,C2 had risen 16.27mg/g,Ca had risen 10.16 mg/g and C5 had risen 1.62 mg/g) and the relative electrical conductivity rose (Xinnong No1 had risen 32.69%,Xinnong No2 had risen 40.66%,Kashi had risen 29.67%, C2 had risen 48.16%, C3 had risen 32.36% and C5 had risen 38.83%). All the physiological indexes came back to the original levels after irrigation. The order of adaptability to stress of continuous drought from the highest to the lowest was Kashi〉C3〉Xinnong Nol〉C5〉Xinnong No2〉C2.
