摘　　要：针对不带字库的液晶显示模块的嵌入式系统,利用系统自身的ROM存储器,采用自制硬件字库的方法,实现汉字和英文字符在LCD上的混合显示。本文简要描述了图形点阵液晶模块LM2028的主要特性,给出了S3C44BOX与LM2028的接口电路,描述了利用FLASH ROM芯片生成硬件字库及提取字模的方法,最后介绍了中英文字符显示的程序实现。Aiming at the LCD module lacking of the character library, by making use of the flash memory on the ARM embedded system and utilizing the self-made hard character library, a convenient method to display the Chinese and western characters is introduced. This paper briefly describes the main characteristic of the full graphics LCD module LM2028, The hardware interface circuit between S3C44BOX and LM2028 is given. Based on the FLASH ROM chip, the methods as to hard character library making and character mode extracting are depicted. Lastly, the software realization methods that display characters on the LCD are introduced in detail.
