摘 要:本文分析了不同孔形的腹板连续开孔对异形截面构件刚度的影响。用有限元分析软件比较了腹板开孔构件与实腹构件在支座位移下的受力状态,在此基础上总结出腹板连续开孔构件刚度的等效计算方法。对于三维空间结构,各蜂窝构件的跨高比不同,刚度折减也不同。与实腹杆件相比,腹板开孔改变了构件的相对刚度,从而影响整体结构的内力分布。本文结合工程实例分析了构件腹板连续开孔对框架力学性能的影响。Mechanic behaviors of castellated members with special shaped section are discussed in this paper. The stiffness of castellated members with elliptical and polygon openings is compared respectively with solid web members with finite element method through software ANSYS. Equivalent calculation method of the stiffness of castellated members is suggested. For three dimensional space frames, the stiffness reduction factor of castellated member is various with the span/depth ratio of each member. Consequently, the internal force distribution of the whole structure is changed. One practical project has been analyzed with considering the influence of castellated members on the behavior of the frames. The results show that the equivalent method is applicable and it is necessary to take the stiffness reduction in- to account when analyzing the complete structure with castellated members.
