摘 要:目的调查日照口岸媒介生物本底情况,为开展媒介生物控制工作提供科学依据。方法鼠类调查采用夹夜法;蝇类采用蝇笼诱捕法;蚊类采用紫外线灯诱捕法;蜚蠊采用粘蟑纸粘捕法。结果捕获鼠类102只,隶属2目2科4种,褐家鼠为优势种群,年平均鼠密度为1.01%。鼠体平均染蚤率为23.53%,蚤指数0.24;捕蝇13 291只,隶属5科29种,格氏丽蝇、丝光绿蝇为优势种群,蝇类平均密度为92.3只/笼;捕蚊465只,隶属1科3属8种,淡色库蚊为优势种群;捕蜚蠊279只,均为德国小蠊,阳性侵害率平均为9.72%。结论鼠密度呈降低的趋势,说明近几年的防制措施得力,鼠体染蚤率较高,应引起高度重视。Objective To investigate the background of vector at Rizhao Port, and to offer scientific basis for controlling vector. Methods Investigation methods were as follows: rats by clip, fly by fly-trap, mosquito by inducement of ultraviolet lamp, cockroach by viscose. Results 102 rats were captured, belonging to 2 orders 2 families 4 species, Rattus norvegicus Berkennout was the dominant population. The average density each year was 1.01%. The rate of rat body catching flea was 23.53%. Flea index was 0.24. 13291 flies were captured, belonging to 5 families 29 species. Aldrichina grahami and L. sericata were the dominant population. The average density was 92.3 flies/cage. 465 mosquitoes were captured, belonging to 1 families 3 genus 8 species. Culex pipiens palleas Coguillett was the dominant population. 279 cockroaches were captured and the average density was 9.72%. Conclusion The rat density trended to reduce, which explained that those prevention and treatment measures were effective. The rate of rat body cathing flea was higher. We should pay more attention to it.
