摘 要:采用自配Fe-Ni-Cr-Mo-C-B-Si粉末在T8A基体上进行了激光熔覆试验,获得了高致密度、高硬度、表面质量较好的熔覆层。在加工过程中发现,使用无水酒精作粘结剂的熔覆工艺性要比松香酒精溶液好,形成的熔覆层对基体T8A有良好的润湿性,光学显微镜下观察熔覆层的横断面,熔覆层与基体的界面处结合良好。熔覆层的显微硬度可达到625 HV,而过渡区域的硬度更高,达到了700 HV,熔覆层的内部质量和硬度符合预期的要求。Systematic laser cladding experiments were performed using a Fe-Ni-Cr-Mo-C-B-Si powder on carbon tool steel T8A. The expected high hardness and flat surface cladding layer was obtained. In the process it was found that the use of ethanol as binder of the cladding process works better than rosin alcohol solution, with excellent wettability between substrate and laser clad alloy. By observing the cross-sectional cladding layer with optical microscopy, it was found that the interface between cladding layer and HAZ combined well. The microhardness of cladding layer could reach 625HV, and the microhardness of HAZ was even higher, at 700HV, the internal quality and hardness of cladding layer has been in full compliance with the requirements.
