不同年代春小麦品种产量遗传改良进度和系谱分析

摘  要:试验选用黑龙江省春小麦育种史上有典型代表性的"克字号"春小麦系列品种作为研究对象,结合春小麦育种目标,分析了不同年代春小麦品种的产量遗传改良进度与系谱,表明随着年代的推移,品种产量结构中有利于增加产量的主要性状,如株粒重、株穗数、千粒重等均呈正向改进的趋势,遗传改良进度分别为50.94%、24.44%、19.70%,而且不同年代的遗传改良策略各异。在每次品种的大规模更新换代中骨干亲本起着关键作用,每个育种阶段都根据当时主栽品种的缺点及生产需要确定育种目标,有目的地引进优良亲本,进而选育出更好的品种,有效地提高小麦产量,为今后小麦育种栽培提供理论参考。The experiment used a typical representative series of spring wheat varieties of “KeNo. s” in Heilongjiang province breeding history as studied materials, and connecting the spring wheat breeding target, analyzes the yield genetic improvement progress and pedigree of spdng wheat in different ages. It is showed that the main characters that were propitious to increase yield in variety yield structure, such as grains weight per plant, spikes per plant, 1 000 grains weight and etc. were positive ameliorated tendency with ages process, genetic improvement rate were 50.94% 、24.44% 、19.7 %. Furthermore the genetic improvement tactics are different in different years. The diaphysis parent played a key role in each species replaced, each stage breeding target need to based on main eultivars shortcomings and production, then introduced into choiceness parents purposefully and selected better varieties, effectively raising the output. It provided a theoretical reference for future wheat breeding and cultivation.
