摘　　要：论述了科技期刊评价功能的理论基础,利用科技期刊、文摘类期刊、引文索引类期刊评价了科学家的功绩、期刊质量、我国科技出版事业的发展等。The theoretical basis of the evaluction function of sei-tech periodicals are discussed.Making use of the sci-tech periodicals,abstract periodicals and index journals to evaluate the contributions of scientists,the quality of periodicals and the development of the periodiccal publishing in china are demonstrated.
