青年慢乙肝与脂肪肝患者医学应对方式差异比较

摘　　要：目的比较青年慢性病毒性乙型肝炎(慢乙肝)与脂肪肝炎(脂肪肝)患者医学应对方式的差异。方法采用医学应对问卷(MCMQ)对44例青年慢乙肝患者和40例脂肪肝患者进行问卷调查。结果慢乙肝和脂肪肝患者面对分值显著高于常模(均P<0.01);慢乙肝患者回避分值显著高于常模和脂肪肝患者(均P<0.01);脂肪肝患者屈服分值显著低于常模(P<0.05);男性肝炎患者面对和屈服分值与常模比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.05);大学及以上文化程度、职工/工人、其他职业肝炎患者面对分值均较常模高(均P<0.05);高中和大学及以上文化程度、干部/大学生、职工/工人、其他职业的肝炎患者回避分值均较常模高(均P<0.05);农民、职工/工人肝炎患者屈服分值较常模低(均P<0.05)。结论青年慢乙肝与脂肪肝患者因病种、性别、文化程度、职业不同而采用不同的医学应对方式,应采取不同的心理护理措施,改善患者医学应对水平。Objective To understand differences in the medical coping modes of the patients with young chronic hepatitis B and fatty liver. Methods Forty-four patients with young chronic hepatitis B and 40 cases with young fatty liver were assessed by using Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ）. Results The score of confrontation of the patients with young chronic hepatitis B and fatty liver was significantly higher than in the norm （P〈0.01 for all）. The score of avoidance of the patients with young chronic hepatitis B was significantly higher than that of those with young fatty liver and the norm （P〈0.01 for all）. The score of resignation of the patients with young fatty liver was lower than in the norm （P〈0.05）. The score of confrontation and resignation of the patients with young male hepatitis was different from the norm （P〈0.05 for all）. The score of confrontation of the patients with university degree, employee and worker, else occupation hepatitis was higher than in the norm （P〈0.05 for all）. The score of avoidance of the patients with high and middle and university degree, cadre and college student, employee and worker, else occupation was higher than in the norm （P〈0.05 for all）. The score of resignation of the patients with farmer, employee and worker hepatitis was lower than in the norm （P〈0.05 for all）. Conclusion Patients with young ehronic hepatitis B and young fatty liver adopted different coping styles, because of different kinds of diseases, genders, culture degrees and occupation.
