摘　　要：目的了解癌症患者对终末期治疗和死亡的态度,为临终关怀的开展提供实证依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对302例癌症患者进行调查。结果大部分患者既赞同无痛苦、有尊严的安乐死亡,又表现出对生命强烈的留念,希望医护人员和家属进行积极救治;能够接受死亡,但同时存在否认或侥幸心理。结论应充分认识和理解癌症患者的矛盾心理,发展具有中国特色的临终关怀事业,满足广大癌症患者需求,帮助他们克服癌症和死亡的恐惧。Objective To study attitudes of the patients with cancer towards the treatment of advanced cancer and the death, providing theoretical basis for hospitalpice. Methods Three hundred and two patients with cancer were investigated with self-designed questionnaires. Results A majority of patients who approved dying painless and gentlemanly could, at the same time, have a strong will to live, and hoped the medical staff and family member＇s could save them actively at the end of life; They could accept the death, but had some sort of denying and suspecting. Conclusion The hospicalpice suitable for Chinese characters should be developed to meet the need of patients. Besides, with the patients＇ ambivalent feelings being recognized and understood, we could help them get rid of the dread of cancer and death.
