摘　　要：介绍了隧道二极管的特性,研究了隧道二极管并联放大器的静态特性,主要性能指标和偏置要求。并根据研究结果,完成了电路的设计,通过计算机仿真,收到满意的结果。The property of tunnel diode is discussed, and the quiescent operation point, circuit specification and offset voltage of the tunnel diode parallel amplifier are studied, based on which a practical tunnel diode parallel amplifier is designed. Computer simulation gives desirable results.
