阿魏酸钠对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆、尿内皮素(ET)的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究内皮素受体拮抗剂阿魏酸钠对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆、尿内皮素(ET)以及肾功能的影响。方法:应用常规治疗加注射阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾衰竭患者,观察治疗前后血浆、尿ET-1及血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)改变,并与常规治疗组、健康对照组相比较。结果:常规治疗组与常规治疗加阿魏酸钠治疗组治疗前血浆、尿内皮素ET-1水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规治疗组与常规治疗加阿魏酸钠治疗组治疗前血浆、尿内皮素ET-1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。常规治疗加阿魏酸钠治疗后,其血浆、尿ET-1及Scr、BUN均显著下降,与治疗前相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规治疗组治疗后,其血浆、尿内皮素(ET)及血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)与治疗前相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿魏酸钠能够降低慢性肾功能衰竭患者血浆、尿ET水平,改善肾功能,延缓慢性肾衰竭进展。Objective To investigate the effects of endothelin reptor - sodium ferulate on plasma, urine endothelin （ ET - 1 ） and renal function of patients with chronic renal failure （CRF）. Method Patients with CRF were treated with injected sodium ferulate on the basis of routine treatment, and the levels of plasma and urine ET - 1, blood BUN and Ser were observed before and after treatment, then compared with that of the routine group and the control group. Results The results showed that the levels of ET - 1 in patients with CRF and the routine group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment with sodium ferulate, the levels of ET - 1, BUN and Set in patients with CRF were decreased compared with pre - treatment, and showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but changes of those indexes in the routine group before and after treatment didnt show significant difference（ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Sodium ferulate can reduce the plasma and urine levels of ET - 1 in patients with CRF, ameliorate renal function and delay the process of CRF.
