摘  要:采用超声衰减技术研究了稀释纸浆悬浮液中纸纤维质量浓度的测量方法,讨论了稀释纸浆悬浮液中超声的衰减机理。设计了超声衰减实验装置和电子测量系统并进行了纸浆质量浓度测量的实验。实验的超声频率范围为0.86~2.75MHz,测量的纸浆质量浓度为0~3%。实验结果表明.稀释纸浆悬浮液中.由于单散射机制的作用,对于一个确定的超声频率,超声衰减值与纸浆质量浓度存在正比关系。Ultrasonic attenuation technique is used to investigate a method to measure mass concentration of paper fibers in dilute pulp suspensions. Principles of the ultrasonic attenuation mechanism in dilute pulp suspensions is discussed. Experiment setup and electronic system are designed for measuring mass concentration in dilute pulp suspensions. Measurements are carried out in the frequency from 0.86 to 2.75 MHz. The mass concentration of pulp suspensions varies between 0 to 3%. Experiment results show that due to single scattering mechanism in dilute pulp suspensions, for a certain ultrasonic frequency, the attenuation is directly proportional to the fiber mass concentration.
