摘　　要：引入市场机制是中国科研院所近些年来治理改革的重要方式。分析了院所市场化改革对院所治理基础、治理过程和治理结果带来的重要变化,并就市场机制在进一步深化院所治理改革中的若干问题进行了探讨。Market mechanism as a major approach for S＆T reform have been introduced into Chinese R＆D institutions in recent years. This paper analyses great changes on what the market-oriented reform brings about to governance foundation, governance process and governance results of the institutions, and discusses several issues about furgovernance reform based on market mechanism
