摘　　要：目的:探讨心电监护仪检测血压时隔一层衣服对血压结果的影响。方法:分别采用心电监护仪并隔一层衣服及按标准不隔衣分别测量同一组研究对象的右上肢肱动脉血压。并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:两种方法测得的收缩压和舒张压在统计学上差异具有显著性。采用心电监护仪并隔一层衣服测得的收缩压和舒张压均显著高于标准方法测得的血压值。结论:隔衣采用心电监护仪检测血压影响检测结果,护理人员测量血压时,不可隔衣测量血压,应该按照规范进行测量。Objective Discussion heart electricity guardianship meter examination blood pressure after clothes to blood pressure result influence. And carries on statistics analysis to the result. Results Two methods obtain the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure have the remarkable difference in statiStics. Picks attentively the electricity guardianship meter and separates the systolic pressure which and the diastolic pressure clothes obtain obviously is higher than the blood pressure value which the standard method obtains. Conclusion Separates the clothes to pick attentively the electricity guardianship meter examination blood pressure influence test result, when the nursing staffs survey the blood pressure, cannot separate the clothes survey blood pressure, should defer to the standard to carry on the survey.
