内外侧联合截骨矫正驼峰鼻和外伤后歪鼻畸形

摘　　要：目的:总结运用内外侧联合截骨术治疗驼峰鼻和外伤后歪鼻畸形的经验,掌握正确的鼻骨截骨技术,提高临床治疗效果。方法:经鼻外入路行鼻骨内侧截骨术,经梨状孔处黏膜切口沿鼻面沟行外侧截骨术,内、外侧联合截骨治疗驼峰鼻和外伤后歪鼻畸形。结果:本组17例患者,术后随访3个月～15个月,效果满意.鼻畸形获得满意的矫正,鼻外形恢复良好。结论:内外侧联合鼻骨截骨能有效的矫正驼峰鼻和外伤后歪鼻畸形,获得满意的治疗效果。Objective To summarize the experience of treat hump nose and posttraumatic deviated nose through medial osteotomy and lateral osteotomy, emphasize the importance of the accurate technique and improve the efficacy of clinical treatment. Methods Performing medial osteotomy through external rhinoplasty approach, then performing lateral osteotomy through pyriform aperture and along nasomaxillary groove, treat hump nose and posttraumatic deviated nose through medial osteotomy and lateral osteotomy. Results 17 patients were managed with this measure, the period of follow-up ranges from 3 months to 15 months, the outcomes were excellent in all 17 cases. The deformity of the nose was corrected satisfactorily and normal nasal shape was obtained. Conclusion Medial osteotomy combined with lateral osteotomy can efficiently correct hump nose and posttraumatic deviated nose, the normal nasal shape can obtained after the operation.
