经尿道电化学治疗前列腺增生103例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用EASY-100A电化学治疗仪治疗前列腺境生症(BPH)临床效果。方法:选择103例复杂性BPH患者行前列腺电化学治疗术,术前采用经直肠彩超测定前列腺尿道长度并定位电极尿管。结果:治疗1a～2a复查或随访,一次性拔管成功89例,2次～3次拔管后自行排尿10例,无效4例,总有效率96.12%。结论:电化学治疗复杂性BPH是一种高效、安全、痛苦少、不麻醉、出血少、不冲洗、并发症极少、术毕可自由下床活动、费用低、适应证广的方法。尤其对合并症较多或已失去手术机会者不失为首选方法,但应进一步观察积累成功经验和失败教训。Objective To observe the result that using the EASY-100A electricity chemistry machine to treatment instrument the BPH disease. Methods Choosing 103 complexity BPH patients to go the electrochemical treatment,adopting through the rectum transrectalul trasonography prostate gland urethra length before the clinical and go electrode urine position.Results Reexamine or with visit 1-2 years, pulling out the tube succeed 89 in lest time,pulling out the tube to line up to wet 10 by oneself behind 2-3 times, invalid 4,the total efficient 96.12%.Conclusion Electricity complexity BPH of the chemistry treatment is an efficiently kind, safety,no paining,littie bleed and sufferings,don＇t anaesthetize and flush,few complications,the disease can descend the bed activity,low expenses,wide adaption.Losing the surgical operation opportunity towards merging diseases or already particularly could choose the method as first,also we should observe the further treatment and failure precept.
