摘　　要：用高频超声检查引起小儿腹痛的肠道疾病,所有病例经临床药物治疗或手术后随访证实,高频超声对包括胃肠功能紊乱在内的肠道疾病有很好的诊断价值。To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound （H F us） in intestinal cause of abdominalpain of children. Disturbed gastrointestinal funtion was revealed in children ,High frequency ultrasound has important value in diagnosing bellyache disease, including disturbed gastrointestinal funtion, in children.
