摘  要:采用气体保护焊(GMAW)焊接方法对铸铜ZCuAl10Fe3与Q235B钢的焊接工艺进行了试验和研究,制定了详细的焊接规范,并提出了焊接时的注意事项。通过在实际产品中的焊接应用,表明此工艺可以获得成型较好的焊道,同时可以获得较为理想的焊接接头。By adopting the gas shielded arc welding, the welding process for cast copper ZCuAllOFe3 and Q235B steel has been tested and researched, and the detailed welding specification also has been prepared as well; furthermore, the precautions for welding have been represented. By applying this welding process in actual production, it proves that applying the application of this process can obtain better molded weld run, as well as perfect weld joint.
