10%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂的研究

摘　　要：研究了一种环境友好型制剂——10%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂,筛选了一系列不同HLB值乳化剂,选择出HLB值为13.4的乳化剂A为最佳乳化剂,并进行了乳化温度和乳化时间的筛选实验及不同pH值下水乳剂的稳定性实验。结果表明,加入10%乳化剂,乳化温度30～35℃,乳化时间为10～15min,可配制稳定的水乳液,即所配制的10%甲基嘧啶磷水乳剂有良好的冷、热贮和稀释稳定性。实验还确定了可行的技术指标和最佳工艺路线。In order to enlarge the application study of pirimiphos-methyl and satisfy the request with the market, 10% pirimiphos-methyl EW was studied. The optimal HLB was found to be 13.4 by evaluation of 10% pirimiphos-methyl EW According to the optimal HLB, different emulsifiers were studied. The result showed that A# emulsifier was the best. The 10% pirimiphos-methyl EW prepared under optimal temperature and times has good stability for cool, heat and water dilution. The technic and index were determined also.
