摘　　要：分析了二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)法丁二烯抽提装置溶剂系统结焦原因。提出改进化学品的加入量和加入方式,特别是使用新型阻聚剂JD-A249后,装置溶剂系统运行周期得到延长并取得可观的经济效益。The coking reasons were analyzed in solvent system of dimethyl formamide extraction butadiene unit. In order that the stable operation period of the solvent system was extended and the appreciable benefits achieved, the added amount and method of the chemicals to be optimized, a new inhibitor of JD-A249 used especially.
