摘 要:研究了内蒙古锡林郭勒草甸草原不同放牧强度样区的土壤微生物类群数量和微生物生物量.结果表明,草甸草原土壤中各类群微生物的数量关系为细菌>自生固氮菌>放线菌>真菌(主要为霉菌);微生物生物量碳、氮含量均随放牧强度的增大而逐渐减小;重牧区的微生物数量和微生物生物量与对照区、轻牧区差异极显著(P<0.01).相关性分析表明,土壤微生物数量与微生物生物量呈显著或极显著正相关.Soil microorganisms and soil microbial biomass(carbon, nitrogen) in meadow steppe were studied. The results showed that the relation of the soil microorganism numbers was bacteria〉nitrogen fixing bacteria〉actinomycetes〉fungi. In addition,soil microbial biomass(carbon,nitrogen) were gradually reducing along with aggrandizement of pasturing intensity. The numbers of the soil microorganisms and soil microbial biomass(carbon,nitrogen) in heavy grazing area were less than the control area and the light grazing area. Correlation analysis indicated that the numbers of the soil microorganisms and the soil microbial biomass were in significant or very significant positive correlation.
