开发工业旅游SEE可预见效益分析及模式推举——以蒙牛乳业为例

摘　　要：分析了蒙牛乳业开发工业旅游的条件,并进行了工业旅游SEE可预见效益分析.结果表明,蒙牛乳业具备大力开发工业旅游的条件,而且开发工业旅游可以促进主业发展,最终实现以经济效益为主的企业综合效益的全面增长.提出了蒙牛乳业开发工业旅游的思路以及PE参与体验、RMP资源市场产品、RU区域联合等开发模式.Conditions of Mengniu Co. Ltd. industrial tourism and SEE foreseeable benefits of industrial tourism were analyzed. The results indicated that Mengniu Co. Ltd. could open up industrial tourism further,which can accelerate magisterial industry. Ultimately, the integrated benefits of Mengniu Co. Ltd. , including social benefits,economic benefits and ecological benefits, will be all-sided increased. At last, the development notion of Mengniu industrial tourism and development patterns such as PE,RMP and RU are put forward.
