摘  要:楼平2井是位垂比为2.51的一口浅层稠油水平井,该井位于井楼油田一区。该地区块地表村庄和水溏多,直井和斜直井开发不能满足要求。楼平2井钻井技术难点包括:H_3Ⅲ8-9稠油油层埋藏深度仅160多米,表层造斜,造斜点地层疏松井壁不稳定;斜井段和水平段地层软、造浆严重、钻速快、岩屑携带困难;地层压力低,采用注汽开采且存在高压浅层气,涌、喷、漏同时存在;水平段长,压差卡钻几率大。根据室内研究结果的聚合物混油防塌钻井液体系流变性好、润滑防卡、防塌能力强,满足了楼平2井现场施工需要。Well Louping-2,located in Jinlou block of Henan oilfield,presently is an onshore shallow hori- zontal well with the highest ratio of horizontal displacement over vertical depth (2.51) in China.Vertical well and deviated well drilling were not adopted for oilfield development because this is a highly populated area with lots of water ponds on the ground.Horizontal well drilling had proved to be very difficult.A polymer mud treated with oil was used in drilling the horizontal well Louping-2,in which the H_3Ⅲ8-9 zone with viscous oil has a buried depth of only 160 m.The buildup section of the well penetrated an unconsoli- dated formation in which borehole instability hindered the drilling progress.In the deviated and horizontal sections of the well,mud making characteristics of the soft formation plus a higher ROP made cutting car- rying very difficult.Other difficulties include low formation pressures,long horizontal section,pipe stick- ing,and the coexistence of mud kick and blowout,and mud losses.
