摘 要:根据正交实验结果的极差分析和方差分析,得到了高密度(2.30 g/cm^3)纤维堵漏水泥浆的基础配方,并用水泥浆堵漏静态模拟实验装置对纤维类型进行了优选。评价了纤维加量和长度以及与不同粒径河砂复配对高密度水泥浆封堵性能的影响,研制出了抗温抗盐高密度纤维堵漏水泥浆和纤维加颗粒(河砂)复合材料堵漏水泥浆。阐述了纤维堵漏水泥浆的堵漏机理。研究结果表明,高密度纤维堵漏水泥浆和纤维加颗粒(河砂)复合材料堵漏水泥浆对2 mm的裂缝性漏失和4 mm以下的孔隙性漏失有很好的封堵能力,形成的滤饼较薄。Based on the range and variance analysis of the orthogonal test results,a high density (2.30g/ cm3) cement slurry containing fibrous material was developed,and the fibrous material optimized using a simulated slurry testing device for its performance in controlling mud losses.The effect of the concentra- tion and the lengths of fibrous materials on the sealing performance of the high density cement slurries were evaluated.Also evaluated was the effect of the mixture of the fibrous materials and river sands.A high density cement slurry for high temperature and high salinity use,and a cement slurry composed of fi- brous material and particles were developed,both of which can be used in mud loss zones.Laboratory studies showed that the two cement slurries can be used to effectively control losses into 2 mm and 4 rnm fractures.
