摘  要:为了克服漂珠低密度水泥浆在密度超低时强度不高及在高压下密度上升而泡沫水泥浆密度随压力增大而增加很快的缺点,通过室内实验,根据粒度级配原理,采用特殊玻璃微珠为主要减轻材料,辅以其它硅质材料,研究出了密度接近于1.0 g/cm^3的恒密度超低密度水泥浆并对其沉降稳定性、耐温能力和防窜性能进行了测试。结果表明,该水泥浆受压力影响很小,流变性能良好、强度高、失水易控制,尤其是当使用发气型防窜剂时的防窜性好,可用于超低压易漏、易窜条件下的固井。Cement slurry treated with plastic beads has a low strength when the density of the cement slurry is low,and under high pressures,the density of foam mud will increase promptly and quickly.To over- come these problems,series laboratory researches were done on a special glass beads,which is a light weight material used in cement slurries.Combined with other silicon materials,a cement slurry having a density of nearing 1.0 g/cm^3 was developed.Laboratory evaluation showed that pressures have almost no effect on this cement,and the rheology of the cement was very good.Higher strengths and the easy-con- trolled filtration property of this cement slurry made it the first choice when cementing ultra low pressure wells in which mud losses and channeling were frequently encountered.
