摘　　要：大学生党员作为党员队伍中最有生机的群体和构建和谐校园的重要力量,其教育和管理得到了越来越多的关注。高校应针对学生党员培养教育中存在的问题,进一步加强学生党员队伍建设,更好地体现学生党员的先进性,使其在构建和谐校园的过程中发挥更大的作用。CPC members in the university students are the vital community in the party member troop and the important strength to construct harmonious campus, so the education and management to them is paid more and more attention to. This article, in view of the problems which exist during nurturing CPC member in the university, proposes five countermeasures to further strengthen CPC member troop construction and keep them progressive, innovative and forward-thinking, so that they can play the major role in the harmonious campus construction process.
