摘　　要：企业自主创新属于一种典型的信息反馈系统,自主创新能力的形成与积累取决于组织内部人才、资金和知识资源的存量及循环使用情况。本文从系统动力学视角提出企业自主创新的基本分析框架,通过构建人才流、资金流和知识流的因果关系图,分析制约企业自主创新能力提升的主要因素,并从微观和宏观两个层面提出有利于企业自主创新的对策建议。Firm indigenous - innovation is a kind of information feedback system. The formation and accumulation of indigenous - innovation ability depends on the amounts and using conditions of talent personnel, fund and knowledge inside. From a system dynamics perspective, a basic analysis frame of firm indigenous - innovation is brought out in this paper. By establishing the casual loop diagram of manpower, money and knowledge flows, the main factors which influence indigenous - innovation are analyzed. Furthermore, several policies are suggested from micro and macro perspectives to improve indigenous -innovation abilities.
