摘　　要：我国的城市正在进入一个以更新再开发为主的发展阶段。而其主要内容就是大量的产业类建筑的保护及改造。对产业类建筑的保护和改造再生问题的研究，具有资源利用、经济效益以及保护环境和历史文化等诸多方面的重要意义和现实价值。Our country＇s city is entering one development phase which renew develops . Its primary coverage is protection and the transformation of the massive industral building . To the industral building protection and the transformation regeneration question research,it has the resources use and the economic efficiency of vital significances and the realistic value such these aspects as the protection environment and the historical culture and so on.
