摘　　要：农业女性化是在农村现代化进程中,农村劳动力结构发生变化下产生的一种新现象。本文在现有研究农业女性化相关文献的基础上,综述了农业女性化的起源与发展,分析了农业女性化的成因和对农业生产、农村建设及妇女发展的影响,指出农业女性化的存在问题和未来研究的方向,旨为以后深入研究提供相关参考。Agricultural feminization is a new phenomenon in the process of agriculture modernization which occurred along with the changing of rural labor force＇s structures. On the basis of rel- evant researches on agricultural feminization, this paper summarizes the origin and the development of agricultural feminization, the causes of agricultural feminization and its influences on agricultural production, rural construction as well as women＇s development. In addition, this paper points OUt the existing problems and the direction of future research about agricultural feminization and the purpose is to provide some reference for future relevant study.
